  I had a good time here but we had to wait for over an hour just to get someone to take our orders, it could have been because it was new years, had Hawaiian pizza but I'd rate it 2/5 they could improve on that!

  I visited Mara Frontier Hotel today and arrived at around 8:00 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I got there, there was no one available to assist me or even ask about the services I needed. After placing my food order, I had to wait for over two hours, which is extremely long for any dining experience. When the food finally arrived, it was not what I had ordered, and to make matters worse, it was cold. This was not the level of service I expected, especially from a hotel of this reputation. I hope the management addresses these issues urgently so that future guests don’t go through the same experience.

  Service 1/5 Very slow Breakfast 2/5 coffee station was disorganized; i dint get brewed coffee, and sugar was missing but they scrambled to provide Dinning 2/5 Conference 3/5 ok but blackouts are common Rooms 4/5 nice rooms especially executive; although safe doesn't work; room doesn't have do not disturb sign WIFI 4/5 strong enough Ambience 3/5 cool place especially the pool area Parking 4/5 ample

  The hotel and the restaurant was fine, although at the dinner payment the waiter double charged the bill claiming the first charge did not go through. At the breakfest I presented the proof of double debit, the management promised to cancel on of the payments, they did not do it. I was forced now to dispute through the bank whit is a longer process, but in the end I got the money back. A word of warning: watch the credit card process, the restaurant could not correct a faulty charge.

  The rooms are decent, although the layout is a bit awkward and leaves limited space for easy movement. The food, unfortunately, was disappointing. The meat was extremely tough, and we didn’t enjoy the meal at all. Restaurant service was poor—very slow, with waiters often nowhere to be found. Many tables were left dirty with used dishes still on them. That said, the accommodation overall is worth it.
