It is a good place to be and environment it so nice and also the food and drinks has everything you need in your life, rooms are the most beautiful things they have and security is always so tight most of the time

We had a wonderful stay at Big Tusks Hotel in Marsabit. The food was absolutely great, with generous portions that were both filling and delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant. What stood out most is how child-friendly the hotel is — perfect for families traveling with kids. Overall, a great place to stay in Marsabit, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Rooms were really clean, with some of the best mosquito nets I’ve seen. Staff was very friendly, chatted with the owner for a while who was a very nice and helpful man. I pulled in on a Saturday night with mechanical problems and he called a mechanic that came on a Sunday morning and got my Land Cruiser running again. Just traditional African helpfulness. We chatted about Kenya and how helpful missionaries have been to education in the country and many other topics. Very very pleasant day and the price was if I remember right 3500 for a room not the 9000 quoted on Google. For some reason Google always has the wrong quotesfor what it actually costs to stay at a hotel. Highly recommend

I stayed here and had the best time ever. Check in was smooth The staff were very very kind and helpful especially Brian, Alfred, Kerubo etc Every concerrn was dealt with so fast and they take feedback soi well. The hospitality here is indeed unmatched!! Thank you so much an d i shall definitely be back.

The service here is absolutely terrible! I had no idea there was a curfew from 6 PM to 6 AM for tourists. When I stepped out and returned to the hotel, they had locked the doors and left me stranded in the pouring rain all night, and it didn't matter how much I pleaded. And the rooms are just as bad: They only have three standard rooms—the rest are all king bedrooms. There are 13 people in our group, so some had to share a bed with complete strangers. Can you believe I even had to share a bed with my boss? Staying at this hotel was a huge mistake!
