I recently stayed at Pride Inn Azure Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel itself is elegant, comfortable, and well-situated, but what made my visit exceptional was the outstanding service I received from Salma. From the moment I arrived, Salma went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and cared for. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm in her approach. Whether it was assisting with check-in, offering helpful recommendations, or simply checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, her kindness stood out. Salma’s dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay memorable. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines efficiency with such genuine hospitality, and she is a true asset to Pride Inn Azure Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent facilities but also for the exceptional staff—especially Salma, who made me feel at home throughout my stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Decent hotel with good conference facilities, although the property feels a bit dated and would benefit from some renovation. The rooms are a comfortable size, but the overall cleanliness needs attention, especially for guests who prioritize hygiene. Removing the old carpets and improving restroom cleaning standards could significantly enhance the guest experience. The location is convenient, but the hotel lacks a certain charm that would make it more inviting. The highlight of the stay, however, is the food and the hospitality. The hotel offers excellent dining options, and I especially recommend the Indian dishes for dinner they are flavorful, authentic, and truly impressive. The staff at the coffee shop and restaurant are warm, friendly, and always willing to help, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to the head chef, Mr. Rajavat, who is not only approachable and kind but also exceptionally skilled. His passion for cooking really reflects in the quality and taste of the food. Overall, while the hotel has areas that need improvement, the dining experience and the hospitality of the staff make it worth a visit
