Rooms are standard though not well provisioned and aircon works. he food is decent. The cats though!! Quite a menace and they are left to eat off plates after guests have finished their meals.

The ambience of this place is top-notch, and the staff are excellent and very caring . I have attended two conferences here, and overall, it has been a great experience. However(as a Muslim lady), I noticed that the ladies' prayer room is quite small, stuffy, and dark, and the prayer mat is not suitable for use. The hotel to consider expanding the ladies' prayer room, improving ventilation and lighting, and providing a proper area for ablution to make it more comfortable. Otherwise, it is a wonderful hotel.
