I love this gym so much that even when I stay far from it when I visit Nairobi, I suffer traffic to go train there. People are awesome, fully loaded equipment.

The place is quite spacious and has most of the necessary equipment. They also have a space for general classes that holds three times a day. The fees are also very affordable. I, especially, love the full body analysis that is being done on you on the first day you join. The coaches too are quite good and friendly. It's best to go in the morning or the afternoon, evenings are always more crowded. I would strongly recommend it to anyone. They also have heater-fitted washrooms.
