  Customer service is pathetic, you make an order and the waitress takes forever to bring your order despite the presence of few customers. Waitress sitting in groups to chat/gossip instead of following up on orders made by customers. If not keen they will shortchange you in the meat portion(s).

  I came there today I ordered wet fry mbuzi and chips. The food was nice but I didn’t eat. I ate only few pieces of meat so I didn’t touch my chips. There was a table next to me and they were also eating chips and ugali. I asked the lady to pack my food . The same time the other table asked her to pack their chips. She used only one tray at once to carry to plates for me and one plate of chips for the other table. My chips was very clean without tomatoes or chilli. The other table were mixing chilli ugali and sauce. She packed my chips for them and gave me their chips yenye wameshika shika watu 7. Why??? Nafika home napatana na chips mixed with ugali. Mine was packed for them. Why was she carrying both tables left over for take away in one tray?? She was supposed to finished with one table at a time. I paid for something I didn’t eat. Nafika home napatana na chips tano ziko na maugali mixed na matomatoes. Ask that lady who was serving me her name was Wabwele the name of the other lady who packed my food. Alikua na Mia gani??? AMA alikua ametumwa???

  Very arrogant waitress bythe name Sally or salla ... wanting to fight with customers and calling bouncer's while pointing fingers ...we asked for manager but no one was willing to call him to tackle the issue very dissapointed

  It's a very accessible spot, with excellent service. One is warmly welcomed by all the staff members. It operates until late hours too so, it's ideal for travellers. Klub Savannah comprises of 1.) A Restaurant : They have grilled assorted meats & accompaniments such as French Fries, Ugali (Corn Bread), Rice etc. Their food is always fresh & made as soon as an order is placed. I highly recommend their Goat Meat. 2.) A Well Stocked Bar. They have various drinks available. All Kenyan Beers are available. 3.) Accomodation. They have a very nice hotel. They currently go for KES 2500 for a stay. They don't knock on your door at 1000Hrs to have you check-out. As long as you make your payment, you are good to go! The rooms are very clean & water is readily available. They have working fans & good Air Conditioners that are well functioning. If you're a neat freak like me, worry not, they have a shoe brush & a wiping cloth incase you'd like to ensure your kicks stay fresh! 😁 10/10 Overall Rating. I will definitely be back here again.
