    Didn't have mushrooms and when I asked if we can substitute it with something else for free the woman, who was mad rude, said "No you have to pay for anything extra". So basically I don't get mushrooms (which are included in the price for the pizza) and I have to pay to have something else added to make up for the missing mushrooms??? We left and went elsewhere.

    I was in City Mall in Mombasa Kenya. I visited to Pizza Inn situated in City Mall. The restaurant had a decent seating area. Little bit crowded but I was lucky enough to get a table. Pizza was really delicious, I really enjoyed it. The staff was helpful. I did dine in and I ordered 2 large pizzas for takeaway, after few minutes my order was ready. When I collecting my order I asked for a bag which could fit for the 2 large pizzas, but they said that they don’t have bags to put the pizzas . I was really confused and disappointed. They should have bags that could fit a large pizza if they’re selling them.... Because I was in other famous pizzerias in Mombasa, they didn’t had this issue. The reason was I was not around from that area and I had to travel about 6 Miles with the food to get where I stayed. The staff told me to buy a bag from outside the City Mall from a street vendor. I was very disappointed about the situation.

    Nice indoor seating & the food here is great especially the chicken is red hot 🔥🔥, also can get pizza & ice cream as you wish, service is good get your order fast
