About

The lobby and restaurant in this Kisii hotel look sharp, but the rooms are tiny and the pork chops arrive burnt in ridiculously small portions. Go for the views from your room and the clean interior, skip the meat.

For a 4 star hotel in Kissii the Lobby and Restaurant was very nice with a good atmosphere. The service staff tried very hard to be helpful with little English. The rooms where nice, had a lot of sound issues, can hear everything outside and no air or fans to create air flow. Restaurant the pasta was the winner, for breakfast hats off to the man that made my custom omlett. Only had one 3 star hotel to compare with in Nirobi.

Hidden gem in Kisii town. Very good and comfortable rooms. Amazing views from the rooms. Food is absolutely amazing. Service bit slow when on full occupancy.

Extremely disappointed Its not my first experience here but each time it gets worse and worse...Take this instance as an example the lady at the reception desk R...has zero etiquette and customer care..we had called to book a room prior to getting here only for us to get a substandard room from what we had booked...the room had essentials for only one person yet it was a double room for two..upon asking for extras we only got one towel, one shower gel...the towels were not upto standard clean as you can see on the photos... the breakfast was ok and had a variety to choose from..the dinning staff were also 👌on top of their game You could use some improvements...as a frequent visitor of Kisii you just lost a client.

The room is too tiny and squeezed, I literally had to place my bags and things on the floor. The bathroom too small and nowhere to place the towel. The food, OMG: I ordered pork chops and the portion was ridiculously small(2 small pieces). The chops were hard and burnt😫. Very generous however with the chips, which should not be the case. The location is convenient💯. Definitely the 1st and last time.
