    The place was initially good. But dropped down its standard. Poor service and kitchen orders. You ask for e.g dry fry chicken, they bring deep fried chicken. Very disappointed. Not going there again.

    A beautiful and quiet place... Good for a chill day especially. Not much human traffic to this place. Food was super! Their parking is good. I especially loved the serenity. Just past Ruai bypass, its a place worth trying

    The food is awesome, very tasty, well presented and authentically African!! So too are the drinks and beverages! The service is wonderful, warm and prompt. The variety of seating spaces is very well thought out - offering large green open air/ semi- tented green lush areas, as well as large glass-paned indoors. I love the fact that children are well catered for with the trampoline, large luscious green gardens and large projector screen, which can air animations to keep them entertained as they zoom in and out of play! Their toilets are spacious, clean and full of mirrors which is a plus, plus and plus! My family loves Thorntree for all this and more!

    And by the way, when we were leaving, we still had to look for the waitress to come take our payment, then she said that she was going to confirm the payment on phone and she never came back to us until we left, Honestly!!!!! Please work on your service. The place is amazing but with the kind of service your offering, its doomed to fail. Its just a matter of time. Your friends may want to impress you by talking positively but the truth but ask your self if you can put flattery in the bank. Work on your service and staff attitude

    Nice and cozy for mature audiences seeking to relax or meet. Food is great and the place offers a wide variety of reasonably priced drinks.
