  One of the worst restaurants in terms of service. After waiting an hour and a half, they told me they didn't have quesadillas after I placed my order! The juice was without ice! Acceptable only on weekdays.

  Decided to try out this restaurant for the first time. Ordered eggs, sausage, bread, waffles, tea and coffee which took 30 minutes to make. Food was cold by the time it was ready. Had to ask why it was taking long and there were only 2 other clients in the restaurant. Nice ambiance but will not be coming back again

  Rio Coffee & Restaurant,An amazing calm place ; I loved there Salmon Croissant + either I take Dawa or nice masala blended Kenyan Tea ☕ ; Suitable for business meetings, my rating •1. Food 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 , • 2. Service 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 the workers neatly dressed , polite kind & friendly very prompt • 3. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟 on Atmosphere suitable for business meeting, classy interiors the ambiance is breathe taking ,• 4.Parking there is ample parking well coordinated with the Askaris • 5 Wheel chair accessibility 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for the disabled . I like doing my meetings here ,I will recommend Rio to diplomats , It's accessibility very near Ngong road & Four Points , Will always come again & again 🙏Thank you

  Absolutely loved the masala tea and the vanilla cake was the fluffiest, tastiest vanilla cake I have had in a long time. I also had the beef suqaar which was very pleasant.

  I was served smelly and leftovers meat despite being waited long enough and When I ask the waiter , I was just told this is what we serve. I don not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality food and respectful service.
