Ora majority of the time it leans toward a miss. The service staff are not trained on menu knowledge/basics of service. The food takes too long and is not prepared to what you specify, even after providing feedback. Each time I go back hoping its a one time instance (I train at the gym next door), I'm met with the same issues. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement!

A nice cafe to chill and catch up with your friends. It has a great ambience but my order took really long to be served. I had chicken dressed in mushroom sauce it was really good. The fries however were just plain. The strawberry mojito was really good. Overall 3/5

Fantastic brunch experience at Ora Cafe! The service was excellent—Georgina was super attentive and took great care of us. We had the Steak & Eggs and the English Breakfast, both of which were delicious. The cappuccino was perfect (definitely strong, just how I like it!) and the fresh pineapple juice was a great touch. However I think they were a bit too pushy asking for the review.

Giving a 5star because they listen to feedback. I ordered for one of the healthy bowls, as on the menu it looked like it had a lot of meat and veggies. I was served a bowl full of rice with very little meat, I mentioned it to our waiter and before I finished my meal she brought me another serving of meat. I was still going to eat my meal and pay, but for them to consider my feedback and react immediately was very much appreciated. The chicken mushroom dish was REALLY good too. The fries not so much. The aesthetic is nice but it can be a bit loud because of the road. It also gets a bit chilly luckily we got moved to a table at the corner away from the breeze.

If you happen to find yourself in Nairobi you MUST try Ora Cafe - incredibly healthy, fresh and flavorful dishes cooked to perfection - a feast for the eyes and mouth - the venue has a lovely outdoor/indoor patio with stylish contemporary design inspired by Clockwork Orange’s Milk Bar - apparently it is a favorite spot for local beautiful women to capture social media posts - and the friendly service from Veronica and her team gives the spot 11 out of 10!

Ora Café is a hit or miss. It’s a beautiful cafe, truly, everything is branded really well. We went 2 times. First day ordered a steak & eggs and avocado toast. Steak & eggs beautiful. Ago toast was off putting. But we had a very very lovely server who immediately assisted us in getting a second steak free of charge. All in all great experience So we decided to come back second day just to get coffee before our flight. We ordered a tiramisu coffee and a spanish cortado. Just for context the day before we had an affogato and we weren’t sure if we got a spanish latte or cortado, all we knew it was great. So this time we tried yo clarify with the waitress the difference, we were told in spanish latte they use spanish milk? No idea what that means. The drinks arrive, the tiramisu looks beautiful but while drinking it you can feel the cream getting all clumped and the spanish cortado tastes bitter and disgusting. We politely proceeded to ask if we can exchange the cortado to an affogato and pay the difference because we really don’t like it, to which we were answered cortado is supposed to be bitter and she can’t do nothing because she already punched it in to the cashier. When I proceeded to mention that we had a similar case yesterday and it was fine, she shrugged and proceeded to pour more milk on the same bitter coffee to “make it better”. Then proceeded to follow us to the table with it and rudely prompt us to try it now, when it was still smoking hot. The coffee was still bad and the server had more attitude after that. Basically the second day made us regret going back, a pity because we have been to many places and this one was one of the best.
