    There car wash that's there is amazing. The milkshakes are also good. Food they have been letting me down and I hope they improve

    It was our last day in Nairobi and we were looking for a memorable breakfast...Google suggested a few options and we chose Biscotti- disappointing. We liked the menu, we did look at it before coming in. The waitress suggested to have omelette with our dishes...but when the food arrived...No omelette, just fried eggs. We decided to just get on with our food, didnt complain or anything. We understand that mistake could happen, despite the fact that the place was empty, only us and another table having coffee over their meeting. The waitress came to check on us multiple times and asked to give us the bill though we were not yet leaving. After a few minutes of leaving the cheque on the table, she came back to check on us a few more times as if she wanted us to leave. Yep, I didn’t yet finish the coffee but I felt uncomfortable so we left. The food was, in fact, good. But the service ruined everything and we’re not happy. We’re having a few trips back to Nairobi this year but we won’t eat here and won’t recommend.

    I have to say, this is my favorite spot in Nairobi. As a family we started with Beef Sambusa to share. Followed by the Margarita Pizza for the kid, Beef Fatija, Spaghetti & Steak and the Rice and Goat Meat. It was a spectacular lunch. I forgot the Lotus cheesecake is an absolute must have.The only thing that didn't speak to me was the Passion fruit juice for me. However, the staff are amazing humans!

    celebrated my birthday lunch at Biscotti Café, and it was honestly the perfect choice. From the moment I walked in, the ambience felt warm, classy, and calm — ideal for a solo birthday date. Service was attentive, the space was elegant, and the whole experience felt like soft luxury. If you’re looking for a spot in Nairobi for a solo date, celebration, or just a good meal, Biscotti Café definitely delivers.

    Really enjoyed my experience here ☕ I had the opportunity to taste their coffee, and it was delicious and well-prepared. The place has a nice, welcoming vibe, and the service makes you feel comfortable. A great spot for good coffee and a relaxed moment. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

    When I walked in it was very quiet and peaceful. The waitress walked us to our seats and got our order. Everything came out in a timely fashion. The chef made a very small mistake and fixed it immediately. Overall a great experience and I recommend EVERYONE who visits Nairobi to please make sure to stop by.
